Eighteen years of Auckland plumbing, built on turning up when we say we will and charging what we quoted.
We started because of a bad experience with a plumber
PipeZen began in a garage in Avondale in 2008, after our founder waited two days for a plumber who never arrived and then received an invoice with no quote behind it. The whole business was built as a reaction to that: answer the phone, turn up in the window, quote before you start, and leave the place tidy.
Certified, not improvised
Every tradesperson here is registered with the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board. We are Master Plumbers members, which means our workmanship carries a guarantee that is backed independently — not just by our word.
What we will not do
We do not quote over the phone for work we have not seen. We do not replace parts hoping to get lucky. We do not add line items after the fact. If a job is outside our expertise, we will tell you and point you at someone who does it well.
Where we work
Central Auckland, the North Shore, West and South Auckland, seven days a week, with a genuine 24-hour emergency roster.

Four things we refuse to compromise on
The quote is the price
We diagnose, then quote in writing. If the job turns out to be smaller than expected, the price comes down — that has happened plenty of times.
We work in homes, carefully
Covers down, contained work areas, no mess left behind. Most of our work comes from neighbours of previous customers.
Properly equipped vans
CCTV drain cameras, acoustic leak detection, thermal imaging and hydro-jetting on board — so most jobs finish in a single visit.
