What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb and the details of the job you describe. We collect this only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out work you engage us for.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, to schedule and complete work, and to invoice. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to complete your job (for example, a supplier delivering materials to your address).

How long we keep it

Job records are retained for seven years to meet New Zealand tax and warranty obligations. Enquiries that do not result in work are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond within twenty working days.
