Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. A written quote is valid for 30 days. Where a fault cannot be fully assessed without exploratory work, we will say so and quote that stage separately.

Call-out fees

A call-out fee applies to attendance and is advised before we dispatch. It is payable whether or not you proceed with the quoted repair.

Variations

If conditions on site differ materially from what was visible at quoting, we will stop, explain the difference and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.

Workmanship guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied fittings apply in addition and are passed through to you. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alteration, or pre-existing faults we identified and you elected not to repair.

Payment

Invoices are due on the 20th of the month following, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Emergency and after-hours work may require payment on completion.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
