We work alongside builders, tilers and designers on renovations across Auckland, and we are just as happy doing a straight like-for-like bathroom swap.
Rough-in stage
This is the stage that matters. Waste falls, vent sizing, pipe support and where the mixer body sits in the wall all get locked in before the linings go on. Getting the shower mixer height right for the person who actually uses it costs nothing at this point and is impossible to change later.
Waterproofing coordination
We coordinate our penetrations with your waterproofer so that flanges, wastes and mixer bodies are all set before the membrane goes down. A shower that leaks into the framing two years later almost always traces back to this handover.
Fit-off
Tapware, wastes, toilet, vanity and appliance connections, all pressure-tested and checked for leaks before we call it done.
